A prophylactics of tuberculosis is one of the priorities in the system of anti-tuberculosis activities. Authors analyzed the results and impact of organization activities, efficiency of prophylactics on epidemiological indicators of tuberculosis. The role of indicators, characterizing organization and efficiency in formation of coefficients, determine epidemiological situation in regions was described. The results of the study implemented in practice of chief doctors of antituberculosis facilities for developing measures targeted to prevention of tuberculosis among the population.
